Pro tip: when your customer fills out our form, ask them to mention you in the referral field. That's "Customer Confirmation" — it gives you a 12-month attribution window instead of 90 days, and beats every other signal in the program.

How to use it

  1. Text it to a customer: tap "Share link" above and send it via text, iMessage, WhatsApp, or email. When they tap the link, they land on the Sureshine site with your referral already attached.
  2. In person: open this page on your phone and let your customer scan the QR with their camera. They tap the popup, fill out the lead form, and you're credited as the referral source on the spot.
  3. Save as your phone wallpaper: right-click (or long-press on mobile) the QR below and "Save Image" / "Add to Photos." Set as lock-screen wallpaper if you want it always available.
  4. Print it on a card: the print-ready PDF below is sized for a standard 3.5" × 2" business card. Send to Vistaprint, MOO, your local print shop, or run on a color laser at home with perforated business-card stock.
  5. Test it: scan the QR with a different phone right now and confirm it lands on the Sureshine welcome page with your name in the banner. If it doesn't, email referrals@sureshinecares.com.
